Ingredients used:
- 1 jar of aronia jam;
- 50g ground nuts;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 100g powdered sugar;
- 1 tablespoon sour cream;
- 220g butter;
- 1 packet baking powder;
- 400g flour;
- 4 egg yolks.
Steps required:
- Sift the flour with the baking powder.
- Mix them with butter, sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, ground nuts, and 2 tablespoons of cold water.
- Knead the resulting dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven.
- Roll out a thick sheet of dough (5mm). Cut out flower shapes. Half of them will remain whole, and the other half should be hollowed out in the center.
- Place the shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients used:
- 30g dried yeast;
- 600g flour;
- 100g powdered sugar;
- 200g butter;

- The finely grated zest of one orange and one lemon;

- 100g cranberries;
- 1 pinch of salt.
Steps required:

- Form a large ball from all the dough, place it in the pot, and cover it with a clean, slightly damp towel.
- Let the dough rise for an hour.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
- Remove the Panettone from the oven and let it cool in the baking pot. It should become firm and have a golden crust.

Ingredients used
For the base:
- 600ml water;
- 300ml oil;
- 2 sachets baking powder;
- 700g flour;
- 1 vanilla extract;
- grated zest of one lemon and one orange;
- 400g sugar.
For the cream:
- 500ml vegetable whipping cream;
- 200g aronia fruit;
- 150g sugar;
- 1 sachet gelatin;
- 50ml cold water;
- Optional: 50g powdered sugar;
- Optional: colorful sprinkles for decoration.
Steps required:
- First of all, hydrate the aronia fruit in water the evening before so that they become softer. The next day, we can start cooking. 🙂
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough for 5 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the mixture into the tray, and level everything with a spatula.
- Bake the tray in the oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake base from the oven after it has baked and let it cool in the tray.
- Place a pan on the stove, add the fruit and the 150g of sugar, and mix them slightly. When they start to boil, let them cook for 3 more minutes, then turn off the heat and let the fruit cool.
- When the cake base and the fruit have cooled, put the gelatin in the 50ml of cold water and let it hydrate.
- Then, microwave it for 20 seconds (and stir well with a spoon until completely melted).
- Put the whipping cream in a bowl and whip it until it becomes stiff and fluffy. Then, add the fruit from the pan to the whipped cream and mix everything at medium speed.
- Taste the cream and, if it’s not sweet enough, add the 50g of powdered sugar that we listed as optional.
- Once the fruit and cream are well combined, add the gelatin and mix for another 30-40 seconds.
- Remove the cake base from the tray, peel off the parchment paper, and place it on a serving platter.
- Put the cream over the cake base and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
- Optional: sprinkle some colorful sprinkles over the cream.
- Serve a sweet and delicious dessert that will become the star of the evening.
