- 4 eggs;
- 150g flour;
- 150g sugar;
- 150g butter;
- 150g plain yogurt;
- 100g fine oatmeal;
- 10g baking powder;
- 400g aronia berries.
Steps required:
- Hydrate the aronia berries overnight.
- Take a round pan and line it with parchment paper. (Make sure the inner walls are also covered to prevent any leakage.)
- Put 5 tablespoons of sugar over the parchment paper and shake it to distribute evenly.
- Place the aronia berries over the sugar.
- Cut a 30g piece of butter. Then, cube it and add it over the berries.
- In a separate bowl, mix the 4 eggs, yogurt, remaining sugar (about 100g), and melted butter (120g).
- Take a plate and mix 100g of fine oatmeal, 150g of plain flour, and baking powder.
- Add the mixture from the plate to the bowl where you mixed the eggs, yogurt, and sugar.
- Mix all ingredients in the bowl until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
