  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Steps needed:

  1. Beat the egg whites and salt until foamy.
  2. Add the sugar and whisk until you get a thick, glossy foam.
  3. Pour the lemon extract and the egg yolks mixed with oil over the egg whites, then whisk gently.
  4. Incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder, stirring gently with a spatula. (We recommend bottom-up movements.)
  5. Line a baking pan (40/28 cm) with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.

  • 400g of flour;
  • 4 egg yolks.

  • 450g sweet cheese

  4. Combine the two mixtures above.
  5. Add the flour and stir gently until incorporated.
  6. Line a baking pan (20×30 cm) with parchment paper and pour the obtained batter into it.
  7. Bake the cake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Final steps:

  1. Add the cheese cream over the baked cake base and spread evenly.

  3. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

  • 100g dried aronia fruit
  • 100g golden raisins
  • 50g brown raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powdered sugar, for decoration

Steps needed:

  1. Let the dried aronia fruit soak overnight in a bowl of water.
  2. The next day, place them in a bowl with the raisins and mix them with the rose extract.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. (Ideally, overnight.)
  4. Separate the eggs and sift the flour. Then, beat the egg whites with salt until you get a thick foam.
  5. Gradually add the sugar and whisk until completely dissolved.
  6. Separately, whisk the egg yolks with oil, mineral water, baking powder, and vanilla sugar for 1 minute.
  7. Combine the 2 mixtures and add the flour.

  9. Stir gently and pour the batter into a bundt pan or a loaf pan (greased with butter and floured).
  10. Bake at 180°C (in a preheated oven) for 30 minutes.
