  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in 2 separate bowls.

  3. Add the salt to the egg whites and mix.
  4. Add the yolks to the egg whites in 2-3 batches, mixing gently from bottom to top.
  5. Sift the flour over the obtained mixture. Mix again carefully, from bottom to top, until combined.

  8. Place the roll cake base on a damp sheet of parchment paper and remove the hot parchment paper.

  10. Let the roll cake cool, then remove the towel and parchment paper.
