ABOUT ARONIA

Aronia Melanocarpa or Black Aronia Berry is an almost unknown fruit shrub in Romania, with remarkable qualities (not to be confused with the Mountain ash with which it is related). Aronia comes from North America, where it grows at altitudes of 1000-1200 meters, on moist and acid soils.

It is a hardy shrub, which the cold does not blow down. The fruits produced by Aronia are considered superfruits. They are small, black or red, depending on the species, and have a bitter taste (the black ones have a stronger taste than the red ones which are a little sweeter).

Aronia is known in the world due to the fact that the fruits contain an impressive number of antioxidants, 15 times more than blueberries or pomegranates, with effects beneficial in over 100 diseases.

Aronia fruits infused in apple juice and covered with dark chocolate are 100% natural, organic and vegan.

We grow them on an ecological plantation in the village of Charlottenburg, Timiș County, where we combine the power of nature with advanced technologies to obtain high quality products.

We do not use fertilizers, chemicals or additives, but we cultivate the fruit at the rate given by mother nature to obtain a healthy and unaltered fruit.

We infuse the fruits in apple juice, then we cover them with premium dark chocolate, which completes their aroma and health benefits.
