It is too early to make an evaluation as I have just started taking it. But I can say that this supplement has a pleasant taste and is easy to swallow dissolved in 100 ml of water. I hope it helps with the appearance of my skin and stops hair loss. I will do a 3-6 month cure to see results! So I will continue to order this product in the future!
