I gave 5 stars, I don't dispute that the product is good (considering the clean label and positive reviews), but I couldn't consume it because about 10 minutes after consumption I would get dizzy and vomit. I tried for 3 days and I also had diarrhea from it. I should mention that starting with the second day I reduced the dose thinking that was the reason.
