I use it as recommended by an oncology doctor (I am undergoing cytostatic treatment) as an adjuvant. I am on my 2nd bottle. My general physical and mental state has improved and the inflammations (caused by bone metastases) have also diminished. I recommend it! It is not very pleasant to the taste but we assimilate it as "medicine".
